HMS Group to manufacture HMS DeLium pumps for Vodokanal of St. Petersburg

HYDROMASHSERVICE ― an integrated commercial and engineering company of HMS Group ― will supply a batch of the new generation pumping units for Southern water treatment plant of Vodokanal of St. Petersburg.

The pumping units are based on the new centrifugal double suction HMS DeLium pumps with 5000 m³/h rated capacity and 34 m head and characterized by improved operational reliability, increased lifetime and easy maintenance. The pumping units are manufactured by HMS Group’s enterprise and equipped with ADCHR series asynchronous motors by RUSELPROM which provides higher energy efficiency of the equipment.

Vodokanal of St. Petersburg is one of the strategic customers of HMS Group. In June 2014 HYDROMASHSERVICE and Vodokanal of St. Petersburg concluded a strategic partnership agreement which started an active cooperation to improve the water treatment equipment range particularly by means of the import substitution of the main pumping equipment including submersible and surface pumps as well as booster pumping stations.
