Kazancompressormash manufactures gas compression systems for the Orenburg oil and gas condensate field

Kazancompressormash, a part of HMS Group, has manufactured five complete gas compression systems for the development of infrastructure at the additional wells in the East section of the Orenburg oil and gas condensate field (Gazpromneft-Orenburg).

Gas compression systems with 194 m³/min (1.125 billion Nm³/year) unit capacity, 112 bar final pressure and 18 MW motor power are used for compression of separated APG forming part of a compressor station in an oil and gas processing plant.

The supplied systems utilize high-performance 4GC2-194/12-112 compressors manufactured by Kazancompressormash. The compressors are designed in accordance with the API 617 standard and have «back-to-back» type impellers made of titanium alloy, which provides a significant reduction of dynamic rotor loads. Energy-efficient NK-16-18ST gas turbine units manufactured by KMPO are applied as compressor drives.

Kazancompressormash has extensive experience in design and supply of complete solutions utilizing compressor equipment for the processes of oil, gas and gas condensate production, transport and refining. From 2014 to 2016 in cooperation with NIIturbokompressor R&D institute (a part of HMS Group) gas compression systems and compressor stations were designed, manufactured and supplied for SiburTyumenGaz, Stavrolen (LUKOIL), LUKOIL-Komi, LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez and ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL.
