OJSC “HMS Group” repaid the loan from NOMOS-BANK ahead of term

At the end of April 2009, OJSC “HMS Group” repaid the credit from NOMOS-BANK in the amount of RUB 1.1 billion ahead of the term stipulated by the contract.

Advanced repayment of the credit granted by NOMOS-BANK is a part of the strategy on decreasing the share of short-term loans in the liabilities of OJSC “HMS Group”. From the beginning of 2009 the share of short-term loans decreased to 62%.

OJSC “HMS Group” (up to September, 2008 – LLC “Investment Industrial Group “Hydraulic machines and systems”) for oil and gas industry, electric power industry, housing and public utilities, water industry and other branches of economy. It is one of the leading manufacturers of oil and gas equipment and a rapidly developing company in the sphere of engineering and construction services for oil and gas complex. In 2007, the Group’s sales volume under the IFRS reached RUB 13.4 billion, EBITDA – RUB 1.5 billion, net profit — RUB 0.5 billion. The financial statements under the IFRS over 9 months of 2008 are as follows: sales volume – RUB 11.2 billion, EBITDA – RUB 1.5 billion, net profit – RUB 0.5 billion.
