Change of name of the managing company of HMS Group

On October 15, 2010 Limited Liability Company "Hydraulic Machines and Systems Management" (HMS Management Ltd.) changed its name to Limited Liability Company "HMS Group Management" (HMS Group Management Ltd.). The name of the managing company was changed as part of rebranding performed in accordance with the development strategy of HMS Group until 2015 approved in 2009. 

The full name of the Company in the Russian language is Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Управляющая компания «Группа ГМС». The short name of the Company in the Russian language is ООО «УК «Группа ГМС». The full name of the Company in the English language is Limited Liability Company "HMS Group Management". The short name of the Company in the English language isHMS Group Management Ltd. The other details of HMS Group Management Ltd. remain unchanged.
