Sberbank of Russia provided HMS Group with the loan to finance the ongoing activities of HMS Neftemash OJSC

Sberbank provided HMS Neftemash OJSC (incorporated into HMS Group) with the RUB 750 million revolving facility for the period October 29, 2010 – April 19, 2012 to finance the ongoing activities.

The loan is part of the HMS Group's strategy to increase the proportion of long-term loans. This facility allows the Group to fully finance the needs of HMS Neftemash in floating capital for the next 1.5 years.
