HMS Group to manufacture a retrofitted pump for Krasnoyarsk CHP-3

Hydromashservice (integrated commercial and engineering company of HMS Group) signed a contract for manufacturing of a feed pump for Krasnoyarsk Combined Heating Plant-3, a part of Siberian Generating Company.

A double-casing pump with 580 m³/h rated capacity and 1800 m head with improved flow path provides high performance (over 83%) with low vibration (below 4.5 mm/sec). The pumping unit is equipped with a hydraulic coupling by Voith (Germany) for smooth performance regulation and intended for supply of the feed water into the boiler.

Krasnoyarsk CHP-3 provides heat for industrial and residential areas of Krasnoyarsk, Russia. The rated output power makes 208 MW with 631.5 Gcal/h of the thermal capacity.

Earlier the HMS Group companies have already supplied the pumping equipment to the Siberian Generating Company for the construction of new power units at Belovskaya SDPP, Abakan CHP and Tom-Usinsk SDPP.
