HMS Group manufactures pumping station for Olimpiadinsky mining and refining plant

HYDROMASHSERVICE (HMS Group) has manufactured and shipped off the first modular pumping station for Olimpiadinsky mining and refining plant (Polyus Gold).

Return water pumping station with a total capacity 1 500 m³/hour and head 180 m was manufactured in accordance with customer requirements and operation conditions. The station is a building with modular design equipped with all the necessary process equipment.

Pumping module of the station is equipped with a pump of a new series DeLium manufactured by HMS Livgidromash. DeLium double suction pumps are characterized by high energy efficiency and low NPSH. Hydraulics of pumps is engineered using contemporary computer modeling techniques which ensures higher parameters of operation reliability.

The second pumping station is expected to be shipped off by the end of 2015 under the contract between HYDROMASHSERVICE and Polyus Gold.
