High pressure pumps of HMS Group are put into operation on Yarudeyskoye field

Ten high pressure pumps supplied by HYDROMASHSRVICE (HMS Group) for the project of Yargeo (NOVATEK) have been put into operation at the oil and gas condensate pumping stations on the Yarudeyskoye field.

The high pressure pumping units are based on retrofitted special application CNSp pump series with 180 m³/h rated capacity and 1050 m pressure head. Due to their unique design the supplied pumps surpass the hermetic pumps occasionally applicable for high pressure oil and gas condensate transfer by a number of parameters.

The flow path of the pumps is made of corrosion-resistant steel which guarantees their long-term operation. The “back-to-back” arranged impellers and a thrust bearing make the pump rotor hydraulically unloaded from axial forces, which ensures significant increase of the mean time between overhauls. The double mechanical seals with a locking system makes the pumps hermetically sealed that decreases their cost of operation and maintenance while increasing safety and reliability of the equipment operation in the Extreme North conditions. The pumps are equipped with all the necessary control and protection systems and supplied as the ready-to-use units.

The HMS Group supplied to Yargeo a batch of state-of-the-art compressor systems for the stripped associated petroleum gas for the Yarudeyskoye field construction projects in 2015.

The HMS Group is one of the leading in Russia and the CIS manufacturer of pumps, compressors and skid-mounted oilfield equipment for oil & gas, nuclear and thermal energy, and water supply & sewage disposal sector, as well as provider of integrated solutions. The HMS Group’s global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) are listed under the symbol “HMSG” on the London Stock Exchange.
