HMS Group to retrofit pumps at the Vankor field

The integrated commercial company of HMS Group – HYDROMASHSERVICE – has won a contract for retrofit of a batch of the water injection pumps manufactured by HMS Group and operated at the Vankor oil, gas and condensate field.

The contract assumes procurement of complete refurbishment kits, in-depth retrofit works, acceptance tests, installation supervision and commissioning of CNS 500-1900 and NCN-E-800b-1 pumps operating at the modular cluster pumping station №2 of the free-water knockout unit «FWKU-South». Hydraulic and performance tests of a single pump CNS 500-1900 will be performed at the premises of Nizhnevartovskremservice company (a part of HMS Group) while rest of the pumps will be retrofitted on site.

The retrofit will result in increased efficiency of the pumping units, raised amount of injected water and lowered energy consumption without replacement of the pumping and auxiliary equipment.
