Kazancompressormash performs retrofit of compressor equipment at NOVATEK’s facilities

The maintenance department specialists of Kazancompressormash (HMS Group) have performed installation, acceptance test and commissioning of the replaceable flow path prototype for the booster compressor station at Yurkharovskoye oil and gas condensate field (NOVATEK-Yurkharovneftegas).

The replaceable flow path SPCH-25/105-3.0 with 4.852 bln. Nm³/year volumetric capacity and 104 bar discharge pressure was designed, manufactured and tested at Kazancompressormash to be installed into existing mounting pads of the centrifugal compressor system casing made by Sumy NPO and operated since 2011 for natural gas compression.

The replaceable flow path was manufactured and delivered under the compressor systems retrofit project aimed to change the operational mode and provide required discharge pressure of the gas compression systems. Five more replaceable flow paths have been manufactured by Kazancompressormash to retrofit the other compressor systems according to the project.

Kazancompressormash has successful experience in retrofit of the compressor equipment at NOVATEK facilities. Earlier in 2015 the company delivered a batch of replaceable flow paths to NOVATEK-TARKOSALENEFTEGAS.
