HMS Group to manufacture a gas compression system for compressor station at Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye Field

Kazancompressormash (HMS Group) will manufacture and supply the second complete gas compression system for the Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye Oil and Gas Condensate Field being developed by Messoyakhaneftegas (joint venture of Rosneft and Gazprom Neft).

The gas compression system in a hangar version with 2.1 mln. Nm³/day capacity and discharge pressure of 150 bar is designed to compress associated petroleum gas at the booster compressor station being constructed at Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye Oil and Gas Condensate Field – the northernmost one of the Russian onshore fields. The gas compression system developed by NIIturbokompressor (HMS Group) is completed with high-efficient 53GC2-384/4-141GTU compressor package of two casings arranged in parallel, an 18 MW gas turbine drive by KMPO and equipped with all the required auxiliary systems, contemporary monitoring equipment and controls.

Before the shipment the gas compression system in assembly with a job gearbox, and two compressor casings will undergo performance FATs.

Kazancompressormash has extensive experience in development, manufacture and supply of compressors and sophisticated integrated solutions based on the compressor equipment for production, transport and processing of natural and associated petroleum gas. A similar gas compression system, supplied by Kazancompressormash to Messoyakhaneftegas earlier this year, is currently under installation at the booster compressor station of the Vostochno-Messoyakhskoye Oil and Gas Condensate Field.
