HMS Neftemash puts into operation mobile measurement unit “Mera MM” onYurubchenko-Tokhomsky field

HMS Neftemash, a subsidiary of HMS Group, delivered and put into operation a mobile operation measurement unit “Mera MM” -40-1-1700 on Yurubchenko-Tokhomsky field. This unit is produced and delivered against order of East Siberian Oil and Gas company- subsidiary of Rosneft.

Mera MM unit is designed to measure the productions of wells with extremely high gas flow rate.

Following unique engineering solutions were implemented during construction of the unit:

- the unit is installed on two trailers, blocks are coupled by a high-pressure hose;

- three segment skim pile with volume of 9м3 is equipped with two hydrocyclones (it is possible to turn one of them off depending on productivity;

- skim pile equipped with string mist eliminator (gas driers) and froth breakers;

- modern control valves with pneumatic drive are used for regulating the flows of liquids and gases;

- low noise screw compressor is used for feeding the valves;

- flow meters are coriolis made by Micro Motion, Elit series.

Rosneft is a long term partner of HMS Neftemash. The company has been delivering its equipment to all major producing subsidiaries of Rosneft.
