Double casing slurry pumps type GrТ, GrАТ

Horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps are applied for pumping of abrasive slurries (pulps) with high content of solids (up to 50%* by volume), density of pumped slurry up to 2500 kg/m3*, pH value from 6 to 8, maximum size of pumped solids not more than 200 mm and temperature of pumped slurry up to 70 °С (optionally up to 120 °С).

APPLICATIONS

Mining, metallurgy, potash industries, thermal energy (combined heat and power stations and state regional power plants), hydromechanization, oil sand processing, mining and processing of sand and gravel.


DESIGN

Pumps type Gr, GrAT (K, R ) are centrifugal single-stage, double casing pumps with one-sided intake of soil to impeller. Suction nozzle is axially directed; discharge nozzle is directed vertically upwards (models GrT and GrAT); for the model GrAT location of discharge nozzle may vary by 30° of its standard vertical position. Pumps type GrA, GrAT can have V-belt motor drive (up to 250 KW).


MATERIAL SELECTION OF A FLOW PATH

  • Inner casing: Ni-resist cast iron
  • Impeller: Ni-resist cast iron
  • Outer casing: grey cast iron or steel (option)
